I use Outline Icons. Has a neon sign design and looks so cool with a solid black background. its $1.49 and its worth it

A developer called vertumus used to make the absolute best icon packs and was responsive to request with icon pack updates almost every week. Unfortunately, he has stopped updated the apps now.
